Suzanne started teaching group exercise classes at the age of 17, and to date has taught a full variation on types of fitness.
Having spent the last 10 years designing gyms, selling top brand gym equipment and training gym staff on equipment, she has decided to focus on building her own business getting back to helping individuals feel better and achieve healthier lifestyles.
